A Grateful Prayer

Study of “Passion Week”

I am so grateful, Lord, because You have made a way for me and my family to have eternal life through Your sacrifice. I pray a prayer of gratefulness to my Lord and Savior. Studying this again will bring blessings to me and will open my eyes even more to what Jesus really did for me, personally. This is so true! On my own I am totally unworthy of salvation, and nothing I do or say can change that fact, no matter how much I try. I was a sinner! But now I am saved by grace. Despite my disobedience and stubbornness, You value me, Lord. You believe I am worth saving, and You will go to any length, even to death on a cross to show me Your everlasting love. You washed away my sins. You made me holy. You stand before the throne of Your Father and claim me as Your own, exempt from sin and judgement. Because of Your sacrifice, I am made worthy. Thank You, my Savior. I love You, Lord. I worship You, Lord. (I Corinthians 6:11) says, “But ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.” AMEN
