Stand firm in the Lord

Jesus was an example that he stood strong and firm in the Lord at this point and through His lifetime. I am sure. Standing firm mean to never give up until it is finished. He stood firm during the first hour of agony in the Garden of Gethsemane, being judged wrongfully, forgiving a wrong done to Him, and watching His mother watch Him dying; that had to hurt, but He stood firm on that cross, and our goal in this life should be to stand firm in the Lord always even to death.
